I believe it comes from New South Wales, Australia. Not sure if it was screened on TV or whether it was just an online viral campaign. Either way the ad is quite funny.

The riders in the ad might be a little light on in terms of safety gear, but they definitely get a big thumbs up in terms of visibility!
